DESCRIPTION
The dual monolithic silicon Zener diodes aredesigned for applications requiring transientovervoltage protection capability. They areintended for use in voltage and ESD sensitiveequipment such as computers, printers, businesscommunication systems, medicalmachines,equipment and other applications. Their dualjunction common anode design protects twoseparate lines using only one package. Thesedevices ideal for situations where board space isat a premium.
